Buffalo Tater Tot Bites

Give your tater tots a bit of taste with some buffalo sauce, and serve with blue cheese and celery to create a delicious snack

  • 2 sticks celery
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 16 oz tater tots
  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • 2 tbsp red hot sauce


  • Pre-heat oven to 425°F
  • Put a medium saucepan over low heat and melt the butter
  • After the butter has melted, stir in the hot sauce and honey, and take the pan off the heat
  • Put the tater tots in a large bowl with 3-4 tbsp of the hot sauce mixture
  • Bake the tater tots in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden
  • Cut the blue cheese in to small chunks
  • Cut the celery stalks in to 1" slices
  • Using a piece of blue cheese and celery, skewer tots and drizzle with the remaining sauce.
  • Serve and enjoy
