
Chicken Breast with Mustard & Bacon
Enjoy the taste of the cheesy mustard hidden inside a bacon wrapped chicken breast - simple but delicious. Serve up with a salad for a weekday lunch
Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 2 oz strong cheddar
- 5 oz grated mozzarella
- 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- 8 rashers streaky bacon (smoked)
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400F
- Mix the mustard and cheeses in a mixing bowl
- Make a slit down the side of each of the chicken breasts and stuff with the cheesy mustard mixture
- Loosely wrap 2 rashers around each of the chicken breasts
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes
