
Chocolate Mug Muffin

Ingredients
- 1 Cup plain flour
- 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch Salt
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Warm Water
- few drops Vanilla Essence
- 4 tbsp Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Instructions
- Sift the flour, sugar, and cocoa powder with the help of a stifter. Mix this dry mixture well with the spoon.
- Combine the milk, butter, salt, baking powder, egg, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon of warm water and oil to the flour mixture. Mix it well with the whisk
- Add the Chocolate chips to the mixture
- Pour this mixture into a mug. Only fill the mug to half way, as it will rise after cooking
- Microwave the mug containing the mixture for about 2 minutes or adjust the time accordingly to the power of your microwave
- Add cream and chocolate chips to the top, serve and enjoy

Note
- Warm water will enhance the flavor of cocoa and makes the muffin soft and fluffy.
- Use only microwave-safe mugs
- Please note that ALL microwaves are different, therefore can yield different results, and you can easily overcook this mug cake if you aren't careful
