Easy Creamy Proscuitto Cracker Appetizer
Serve up this quick and easy appetizer and you'll find they quickly become a favorite, the proscuitto complements the creamy sauce beautifully
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 7 oz whipped cream cheese
- 3 oz prosciutto
- 40 crackers
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- parsley
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl
- Put a small amount of the mixture on top of each cracker until they are completely covered
- Cut the prosciutto in to small rectangles, then roll up and place on top of the crackers
- Drizzle each with a small amount of honey and garnish with parsley
