
Hummus Dip
Hummus is a royal dip recipe originally from the Middle East, but always enjoyed around the world, and is always popular at parties or gatherings. Serve with pitta bread or carrot sticks
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chickpeas
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- pinch salt
For Garnish
- pinch paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Put chickpeas in a pan, add water, and boil for 45min - 1 hour until soft
- Take a big bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, tahini sauce, yogurt, and water along with boiled chickpeas and blend it in a blender or a food processor until the texture become creamy.
- Garnish with olive oil, and paprika powder

Serve with garlic bread, pitta bread, celery sticks, carrot sticks or savory biscuits
